PSG-OM: Marseille supporters banned in Paris

Even if it has lost a little of its splendor in recent years given the great domination of PSG, the Classic between Marseille and Paris still remains a match apart in a season.

For all followers of French football, and in particular for supporters of OM and PSG, this match remains a shock, and it will soon take place. Since the first confrontation between these two historic Ligue 1 clubs will take place on Sunday September 24 at the Parc des Princes. A meeting which will be played without Marseille supporters.

Everything except a surprise, but according to L’Equipe, “the Ministry of the Interior plans to issue an order to prohibit access to the Porte de Saint-Cloud stadium and its surroundings” to the Marseillais… The same decision will be taken for the Parisian supporters at the Vélodrome with a view to the return match in 2024. A new disappointment for the fans of both camps, who have been deprived of visitor parking for several years now without solutions being found between all the actors…
