Stade Rennais, who knew they were under attack for their central defenders, decided to react in a strong manner. The Breton club announced that Arthur Theate and Warmer Omari had both extended their contracts to commit long-term to the “Rouge et Noir”. The Belgian defender now has a contract running until June 2027, while his friend pushes him until 2028. A decision which the players and the Breton club welcomed, especially as it clearly repels transfer candidates for the months to come.
